UCRM
Our missions
The Union Cépière Robert Monnier (UCRM) is an association under the 1901 law, recognized as being of general interest. Its aim has been to work for more than 75 years in the territory of the Toulouse metropolis and the Occitanie region, with people experiencing social disintegration or at risk of fragility, and offers social support towards and in accommodation , housing, training and professional integration.
The will of a few can help many
As of January 1, 2021, the UCRM had 311 employees (285.9 FTEs) supported in their missions by around fifty volunteers. The actions developed in a broad public and private partnership by teams of qualified and experienced professionals, working in an environment high-level technique, allow the UCRM to welcome, advise, support, accommodate, guide and train more than 8,000 people each year and to support each one in the realization of their life project.

The members of the Union Cépière Robert Monnier came together on the basis of common humanist values which underpin their commitments.
The brotherhood
It constitutes the indisputable foundation of the duty of solidarity and social justice which is imposed on us towards our fellow human beings within the framework of our missions. It is to :
- Promote respect for others in their dignity beyond our national, family, cultural or religious affiliations.
- Participate in more social justice by working for sharing and support without expecting return.
The citizenship
- Promote access to rights and opportunities for all while respecting each person’s duties.
- Allow everyone to participate in civic life and a common social project.
- Act with respect for others, society and the laws.
The responsibility
- Be accountable for one’s actions, one’s commitments, follow through on what is undertaken while being aware of the consequences thereof.
- Help everyone to be an actor in their future by allowing them to find answers adapted to their needs.
- Commit to freedom and justice, while respecting the dignity of people.
- Feel responsible for oneself and the community.
